Non-Disclosure Agreement & Terms of Sale

This agreement governs the relationship between Tatima Tech Store (Pvt) Ltd and all customers, deposit holders, and account holders. Please read carefully before placing an order or submitting a deposit contract.

1. Parties and Definitions

"Tatima Tech Store" or "the Company" refers to Tatima (Pvt) Ltd, registered in Zimbabwe, trading as Tatima Tech Store, with offices at Cnr Londonderry & Ed Mnangagwa Road, Eastlea, Harare. Contact: techstore@tatima.co.zw | +263 772 528 782.

"Customer" refers to any individual or entity that browses, purchases, places a deposit, or otherwise transacts with Tatima Tech Store.

"Product" means any electronic device, accessory, or related item offered for sale.

"Deposit Contract" means the formal agreement entered into when a Customer pays a deposit to reserve a Product, as documented via our online form.

"Installment Plan" means a payment schedule under which the Customer pays for a Product over a defined period, subject to interest.

2. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Both parties agree to treat as strictly confidential any proprietary, business, financial, or personal information disclosed in the course of transacting. Tatima Tech Store will not share Customer information with third parties except where required by Zimbabwean law.

Customer information collected through the deposit contract form (including national ID numbers, addresses, employer details, and next-of-kin details) is used solely for the purpose of verifying identity, facilitating the transaction, and recovering outstanding balances where applicable.

Pricing, wholesale structures, supplier details, and internal business processes shared with Customers are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from Tatima Tech Store.

This non-disclosure obligation survives termination of any commercial relationship and remains in force for five (5) years from the date of the last transaction.

3. Terms of Sale

All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are valid at the time of quotation. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price confirmed at the time of deposit payment is binding.

All Products are described to the best of our knowledge. Specifications, colours, and availability are subject to change based on supplier stock.

Tatima Tech Store reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion, including but not limited to orders that cannot be verified or financed.

By completing any order, deposit contract, or cart checkout, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms in full.

4. Deposit & Installment Policy

A minimum deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Product price is required to confirm and process any order. No order will be dispatched or reserved without receipt of the deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and processed with the supplier, except in cases where the Product cannot be sourced after reasonable effort.

Installment Plans are available for a maximum of three (3) months. The 50% deposit constitutes the first installment payment.

The Customer must not transfer, assign, or sell any Product under an outstanding installment plan without prior written consent from Tatima Tech Store.

5. Interest Rates & Payment Schedule

Full Payment (No Installments): The remaining 50% balance is payable in full upon delivery. No interest is applied.

2-Month Installment Plan: An interest rate of thirteen percent (13%) is applied to the total product price. The deposit (50%) is payable upfront; the remaining balance plus interest is due in Month 2.

3-Month Installment Plan: An interest rate of twenty-one percent (21%) is applied to the total product price. The deposit (50%) is payable upfront; the remaining balance plus interest is split equally across Month 2 and Month 3.

All interest is calculated on the original product price and added to the total amount payable. Calculations are displayed transparently on the product page before any commitment is made.

Payments are due on the same calendar date each month, beginning from the date the deposit was received. Late payments may attract an additional penalty of 5% of the outstanding balance per week of delay.

6. Delivery & Risk

Estimated delivery time is five (5) to seven (7) working days after deposit confirmation, subject to stock availability and logistics conditions.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery. Tatima Tech Store is not responsible for loss or damage after the Product has been handed to the Customer or courier.

Delivery addresses provided by the Customer are final; Tatima Tech Store is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

7. Returns, Warranties & After-Sales

All Grade A and Brand New Products carry a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Returns due to change of mind are not accepted once the Product has been delivered.

Physical damage, water damage, or tampering voids any warranty. Tatima Tech Store's liability is limited to the replacement of the defective Product or a credit note.

8. Customer Data & Privacy

We collect personal data including name, contact details, identity documents, and financial information for the sole purpose of processing transactions and verifying identity.

Data is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or to process payment/delivery.

Customers may request deletion of their personal data at any time by contacting techstore@tatima.co.zw, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Default & Remedies

In the event of default on any installment payment, Tatima Tech Store reserves the right to recall the Product, retain all payments made to date as damages, and pursue any outstanding balance through legal channels.

The Customer's next-of-kin information provided at contract signing may be contacted as a guarantor in the event of default.

Tatima Tech Store reserves the right to report defaulting Customers to relevant credit bureaus or law enforcement authorities.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.

Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

Both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings.

11. Agreement Acknowledgement

By submitting a deposit contract, completing a purchase, or ticking the agreement checkbox on our online forms, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained in this document.

These terms are effective as of May 2026 and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the parties.

Tatima Tech Store reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of each transaction governs that transaction.
